Executive Chef Randy Zweiban’s Province, an eco-friendly, 140-seat American restaurant with cuisine inspired by Central and South America and Spain, aimed to be the first downtown Chicago restaurant to earn LEED certification. To realize this goal, Randy turned to Leopardo, a recognized leader in sustainable construction.

- Special poured earth-friendly material floor that is resilient and more sanitary than standard quarry tile
