Leopardo completed this LEED-NC 2.1 certified $9 million, 22,000-SF Fixed Base Operation (FBO) terminal at Boston’s Logan International Airport. The state-of-the-art design incorporates “Green” architectural elements including environmentally-friendly building products, energy-efficient systems and environmentally-sensitive construction practices. Other elements include:
- 10,000-SF first-floor terminal
- 7,000-SF second-floor management and administration offices
- 5,000-SF ground support equipment shops
- High-end granite flooring, cherry millwork
Featuring private conference rooms with high-tech AV technology including WiFi Internet access, remote plasma computer connections along with security and baggage checkpoints
