• Two free-standing branch buildings in Fox River Grove and Crest Hill, IL

• Average size of 3,800-SF with extensive low voltage, security and graphic packages

• Each round of stores ranging from eight to ten locations was completed in eight-to-twelve weeks, including FF&E package
