Leopardo Construction has been selected to provide rollout construction for National City Corporation’s branch banking expansion in Chicagoland. The North Aurora branch has been completed and branches in Downers Grove, Wheaton and Zion are in the pipeline. Typical free standing National City banks average 3,475-SF including four-lane teller drive-through canopies. 

• Building construction features a steel structure with precast/brick veneer and storefront glass doors and windows

• The interior of the buildings are drywall with acoustical ceilings and ceramic tile and carpet flooring

• Site work includes utility hook-ups, concrete walks and curbs, asphalt parking lot, signage and landscaping
