Leopardo Construction Completes 12,732-Square-Foot Surgery Center Addition To St. Alexius Medical Center
HOFFMAN ESTATES, Illinois (October 18, 2006) – Leopardo Construction, a leading Chicagoland construction services firm, today announced the completion of a 12,732-square-foot surgery center build-out at St. Alexius Medical Center in Hoffman Estates, Ill.
Located at 1555 Barrington Road, the surgery center features three state-of-the-art procedure rooms and one gastrointestinal procedure room with supporting recovery bays and sub-sterile areas. The surgical center was completed on a fast-track schedule, nineteen weeks to substantial completion.
Leopardo Construction served as general contractor of the project. American Medical Buildings (AMB) provided architectural services.
