Leopardo Construction Completes 20,700-Square-Foot Surgical Center Of Dupage Medical Group
Surgical Center is 14th Project in Four Years Constructed by Leopardo For DuPage Medical Group
LOMBARD, Illinois (September 29, 2005) – Leopardo Construction, a leading Chicagoland construction services firm, today announced the completion of the 20,700-square-foot Surgical Center of DuPage Medical Group in Lombard, Ill. Since 2002, Leopardo Construction has constructed 14 projects for DuPage Medical Group, including a 67,000-square-foot medical office building and numerous interior build-outs.
Located at 2725 S. Technology Drive, the surgery center features three state-of-the-art procedure rooms and two gastrointestinal procedure rooms. The surgical center was completed on June 20, 2005, 11 months after ground was broken.

Leopardo Construction served as general contractor of the project. Eckenhoff Saunders provided architectural services with American Medical Buildings providing surgical architecture consulting. V3 Consultants performed the land acquisition.
