Leopardo Construction Completes Three Chicagoland Healthcare Projects
AURORA, GLEN ELLYN and WARRENVILLE, Illinois (December 15, 2005) – Leopardo Construction, a leading construction services firm, today announced it completed three Chicagoland healthcare projects:
Central DuPage Health (Glen Ellyn) – Leopardo Construction completed the 5,300-square-foot renovation of the HealthTrack Sports Wellness Center, a medical office and rehabilitation fitness facility for Central DuPage Health, located at 875 Roosevelt Road. Leopardo served as general contractor and architectural services were provided by Fosnot Foit Architects.
Dreyer Medical Clinic (Aurora) – Leopardo Construction completed the 9,000-square-foot build-out of the gastrointestinal laboratory at 1221 Highland Avenue. The laboratory was built in the basement of a 10,000-square-foot building addition that Leopardo originally completed in 2002. Leopardo served as general contractor and architectural services were provided by Loebl, Schlossman & Hackl.
Orthopedic Associates of DuPage (Warrenville) – Leopardo Construction completed the 12,355-square-foot Cornerstone Ambulatory surgical addition at OAD’s Medical Offices at Cantera, located at 27650 Ferry Road. The addition was built onto the original 63,000-square-foot medical office building, which Leopardo constructed in 2002. Leopardo served as general contractor and architectural services were provided by Design Organization.
