• Two-story, 70,000-square-foot facility, incorporating a prominent curved roof screen element that penetrates the rectangular volume of the office blocks

• The two-story lobby features glass and stainless steel railing systems, anigre wood paneling and patterned terrazzo flooring

• Architectural pre-cast and high performance glazing lend this building a cohesive relationship with its prairie surroundings
