Deublin’s new build-to-suit world headquarters was an expansion of three times its former headquarters size. Located on a 12-acre site, the 120,000-SF space is technologically sophisticated integrating office, manufacturing, and research and development.

• The facility features a unique electrical system with motion detector switching for automatic lighting control, a computerized HVAC system and major electrical feeds

• Compressed air runs housed beneath an 8-inch reinforced concrete slab

• Despite the facilities planned ten years growth, Deublin consumed the entire facility in six years

• Leopardo was brought back to complete a 55,000-square-foot, state-of-the-art manufacturing addition housed over 25 Computer Numerical Control (CNC) machines
