BARRINGTON, Illinois (April 2, 2008) – Leopardo Construction, a leading construction services firm, is building a 38,000-square-foot, Class A office building.

The two-story building, marketed as Flint Creek Corporate View and located at 760 Main St., is the first phase of a 43-acre, 20-building office park being developed by Wheaton, Illinois-based Great Lakes Principals LLC.

Flint Creek Corporate View will feature a grand staircase entrance and a high-end masonry stone façade with a glass curtain wall. Smith Barney has signed on as the anchor tenant with an 8,000-square-foot lease. CB Richard Ellis is the broker representing the developer/owner. The building is expected to be completed and ready for occupancy by August 2008.

Leopardo Construction is the general contractor of the project with design by Downers Grove, Illinois-based Stewart-Nosky Architects.
