CHICAGO, Illinois (July 26, 2006) – Leopardo Construction, a leading construction services firm, today announced the completion of the 446-unit, 589,000-square-foot renovation at The Parkways, an AIMCO apartment complex located at 6718 S. East End Avenue on the south shore of Chicago, near Jackson Park.The newly renovated apartment complex consists of 20, three-story buildings and one recreation center. Remodeled kitchens include new millwork, appliances and paint finishes. Upgraded bathrooms feature new finishes, toilet accessories and fixtures. GENEVA, Illinois (July 17, 2006) – Leopardo Construction, a leading Chicagoland construction services firm, today announced the completion of the 13,880-square-foot Tri-Cities Surgery Center, a single story addition to Delnor-Community Hospital in Geneva, Ill.Located at 345 Delnor Drive, the surgery center features three state-of-the-art procedure rooms and two gastrointestinal procedure rooms with supporting recovery bays and sub-sterile areas.
