CLARENDON HILLS, Illinois (November 2, 2005) – Leopardo Construction, a leading Chicagoland construction services firm, today announced the completion of the 14,400-square-foot Clarendon Hills Police Department facility. The grand opening and dedication ceremony will be held on December 2, 2005.

The building is essentially two separate structures. At the main entry is a 3,500-square-foot administrative office building designed in the Neo-Colonial style to match Clarendon Hills’ other municipal structures. Since the police facility shares a site with the community’s public works building and is located on industrial-zoned land, a 10,900-square-foot, two-story pre-cast building was constructed directly behind the administrative office to house all the police functions. This strategy provided Clarendon Hills with significant financial savings that made the project possible.

Patrick Anderson. “Leopardo Construction made a focused commitment to completing a much needed police facility that will be available ahead of schedule and built to exceed our expectations.”
