LOMBARD, Illinois (September 29, 2005) – Leopardo Construction, a leading Chicagoland construction services firm, today announced the completion of the 20,700-square-foot Surgical Center of DuPage Medical Group in Lombard, Ill.   Since 2002, Leopardo Construction has constructed 14 projects for DuPage Medical Group, including a 67,000-square-foot medical office building and numerous interior build-outs. Leopardo Construction Breaks Ground for Banco Popular Branch at 3948 West 55th Street in Chicago

CHICAGO, Illinois (September 19, 2005) – Leopardo Construction, a leading Chicagoland construction services firm, today announced it broke ground on September 9, 2005 for the new 3,100-square-foot Banco Popular branch located at 3948 West 55th Street in Chicago.

With a planned opening on December 18, 2005, Leopardo Construction will deliver the completed building in a compressed 13 week schedule.  The newly constructed branch will feature full-service banking amenities, including four teller stations and three drive-thru lanes with an ATM drive-up.  The brick and limestone exterior will feature a radius standing-seam metal roof on top of a story-and-a-half tower.

Leopardo Construction is serving as general contractor on site.  First Equity Group, LLC is the developer and Pappageorge/Haymes, Ltd. is providing architectural services.
