Logan Square YMCA
The McCormick Tribune YMCA at Logan Square is a newly constructed community Center for the historic Logan Square neighborhood of Chicago. The Chicago Metropolitan YMCA and Leopardo worked together on value engineering many aspects of this facility including mechanical systems and materials. Leopardo worked closely with the YMCA on negotiating the final Guaranteed Maximum Price (GMP) and performed the work successfully through an “open book” contract arrangement. Today, the Logan Square neighborhood has a modern operating community center for their use, and we are proud of the service we were able to provide.

If someone came to me right now, I'd say you have to take a look at this company. Leopardo, by far, blew away the other companies that we interviewed.
William Powell, Chief of Police
City of Aurora
The building far exceeded expectations. The Village Board continues to be amazed at what Leopardo was able to build for the dollars they put into the project. We actually finished the project early and $200,000 under budget.
L. Patrick Anderson, Chief of Police
Clarendon Hills Police Department
Leopardo had a great deal of respect for the local budget. We would be pleased to work with them again.
