RR Donnelley, the world’s premier full-service provider of print and related services, moved into the brand new 52-story 111 S. Wacker Drive building and needed a complete interior build-out… and quick. Leopardo Construction was up to the challenge and, with a great design in place, Leopardo’s team of experts ran all four floors simultaneously to deliver the high-end corporate headquarters in 16 weeks.

• 100,000-SF space

• Custom ceilings with ornate soffits, cold cathode lighting and over 9,000-SF of sandblasted glass

• The 38th floor houses RR Donnelley’s upscale executive suite with a board room and private library that features high-end millwork, as well as climate-controlled display cases to house rare book collections

• As first generation space, Leopardo Construction installed all the infrastructural elements
