• Re-built the employee lounge, showroom and prototype/research area
• Extensive high-end millwork was utilized throughout the space
• To ensure day-to-day operations of the toy manufacturer were not interrupted, a multi-phase construction schedule was implemented while the client still occupied the space
• Additional modernization of the facility was made to meet ADA requirements
