Leopardo Construction kept to a tight 12-week schedule to deliver a two-floor, 40,000-SF build-out for the prestigious Chicago law firm of Grippo & Elden.

• Private offices were built consisting of 54-inch offset wood veneered openings with clerestory glass to allow natural light to open the office area

• The elevator lobby, reception and board room all contain unique millwork portals and floating ceiling plains intertwined with acoustical and drywall clouds

• Architectural glass accents and extensive carpet border work throughout add to the high-end finish

• The lighting package consisted of over 20 different fixtures to provide the desired effect
