The unique character of this project is embodied in the antique, 1914 Model T Ford fire truck sitting in the lobby of this new space. Taken apart, brought up 12 floors, and then meticulously reassembled, this symbol of the company's heritage is a clue to the complexity and challenge of building this space.

• 100,000-SF, four-floor build-out

• Less than three months from start to full move-in for all employees

• Scope not limited to just partitions, millwork and finishes

• Many diverse groups within the organization, each with different, sometimes conflicting space requirements

• More than 150 owner-directed change orders reflected the high level of on-site coordination and last-minute customization that the construction team accommodated

• All accomplished within the original 88-day schedule
