Having experienced tremendous growth over the last decade, Abelson Taylor, a healthcare advertising agency, turned to Leopardo Construction for the interior build-out and expansion of its Chicago headquarters. Expert design services were provided by Harley Ellis Devereaux. The finished space, completed within a 16-week schedule, included:

• 103,000-SF on three full floors, used as a showcase for the firm’s award-winning work

• Many open office areas creating a space that feels much larger than the previous space

• A significant increase in conference rooms without a dramatic increase in overall square footage dedicated to conference space

• Several small collaborative areas included in conference room areas

• More natural light and outside views into the workplace

• A customized pantry in the form of a 9’ tall balloon (paying homage to one of the agency’s award-winning campaigns) was made from wood, plaster and fresco finishes
