The Palmer House

Leopardo Construction’s work for The Palmer House was divided into four distinct projects. The first was a 20,000-SF renovation of the existing Gas Light Lounge into a national sales office for the Hilton Corporation Midwest Division.

The second project was a 2,000-SF renovation of an existing six-room Presidential Suite. This work included demolition of an existing staircase to enlarge the living area. All new finishes were installed, including a high-end carpet and wall covering. This project took close coordination with the hotel due to adjacent rooms being occupied. Third, a 6,000-SF renovation of the Adams and Monroe ballrooms involved new finishes and retrofitting of existing electrical fixtures. Fourth, demolition and build-out of a Second Floor tenant space.
