Millennium Knickerbocker Hotel

Millennium Hotels & Resorts, an international 4-star hotel and resort company, has recently awarded Leopardo the massive, multi-million dollar renovation of the historic Millennium Knickerbocker Hotel, including 305 guestrooms.

• In addition to guestrooms, the renovation will also include the lobby, bar and restaurant, corridors, fitness room, conference and breakout rooms, new entrance – revolving door and vestibule
• Will utilize a phased construction approach and turnover while the hotel remained in operation
• Will significantly raise the level of comfort, quality and service of the property by freshening the look and functionality of the property, make it the premier 4-star property in the Gold Coast/Magnificent Mile area
