Fairmont Chicago Hotel

Located in the heart of Chicago, the award winning Fairmont Hotel chose Leopardo for the renovation of their luxurious lobby and upscale wine and cheese bar. In order to provide minimal disruption to hotel’s daily operations and reputation, an aggressive 13 week, multi-phase schedule was formulated. Construction was coordinated throughout the project, including night and weekend work with temporary construction walls finished per the original hotel design to disguise construction activities.

High end finishes include:

• Custom wine bar with “Live-Edge” and hammered bronze accents
• Travertine flooring
• Custom architectural glass elements
• Lighted fiber optic tile flooring
• Custom designed and fabricated art-wall
• Recessed lighting with totally automated dimming controls
