Building Dormitory Project

The Fornelli Hall Student Housing project consisted of an extensive renovation of an existing and historic office building located in the heart of the Chicago Loop. The project included:

• 9-floor renovation in a 22-story building
• Conversion of outdated commercial office building into dormitory suites each with a full kitchen and bath
• 177 total rooms with 420 beds for use by Roosevelt University and Robert Morris College
• Extension of the existing mechanical and plumbing systems to all areas and substantially increase overall MEP capacity
• Provide ownership with complete architectural review and management services
• All work provided during the renovation of this historic structure was coordinated while maintaining services within an active commercial building
