Chicago Public Library - Edgebrook Branch

Leopardo is proud to have built the full service Edgebrook Branch of the Chicago Public Library system, located at the southeast corner of Devon and Minnehaha avenues in the registered historic neighborhood of the Forest Glen community. This 15,500-SF, two-story masonry building replaced a less sophisticated and significantly smaller storefront branch that was built in the early 1970s.

  • Mankato limestone trim
  • Features a 3-story entrance lobby with curved roof
  • Clerestory windows
  • Granite paved seating area and garden
  • Meeting room with 128-person capacity
  • 21 Parking Spaces
This project has been, in my 17 years of experience, one of the best run operations that I have seen.
