Leopardo Construction built this 115,000-SF, six-story medical office building in 12 months. The project included a 600-car parking structure as well as an elevated pedestrian walkway, and was logistically challenging due to the tie-in at the existing hospital’s main entrance. Our staff worked closely with Riverside Medical Center to ensure patient and staff safety during the construction process.
