Edward Hospital MOB and ASC

Leopardo Construction completed a new 16,000-SF medical office building (MOB) in Oswego and a 14,000-SF ambulatory surgery center (ASC) in Plainfield for Edward Hospital and Health Services.

• Medical Office Building (MOB)
The new 16,000-SF MOB facility includes seven exam rooms, two special procedure rooms and a variety of imaging components, such as DexaScan, CT, Ultrasound and X-Ray.

• Ambulatory Surgery Center (ASC)
Located on the Edward Plainfield Campus, the new 14,000-SF ASC includes three new operating rooms, one gastrointestinal room, supporting recovery bays, sub-sterile areas and nurse stations. The ASC houses surgical specialties including gastroenterology, general gynecology, ophthalmology, orthopedics, otolaryngology, pain management, plastic surgery and urology.
