• 300-person seasonal outdoor eating cafe

• Complete HVAC, plumbing and electrical systems including state-of-the-art water wash kitchen exhaust system

• Finishes include cherry wainscot paneling, custom bar and millwork, stone columns and marble/walnut flooring

• Floor-to-ceiling windows designed so that every table has a view of the park
