Leopardo Construction completed the construction of a South Loop residential development known as Lakeside Tower. This mixed-use project located at the southwest corner of 16th Street and Indiana Avenue has mercantile and residential uses, as well as parking.

• 20-story cast-in-place concrete building including 143 condominium units, elevators, lobby, public, common and commercial areas

• 4,400-SF of retail area

• Ground through 4th floor will contain 160 parking spaces

• Primary façade of architectural painted concrete, thermally broken floor to ceiling windows and storefront, and pre-finished aluminum railing

• The buildings orientation is rotated 45 degrees to provide a setback for the main entrance while providing a spectacular view of Lake Michigan for over 80% of the condominium units

• The building offers an efficient two-pipe fan coil system with electric heat that allows residents year-round control of their condo’s heat and air conditions
