This multi-faceted project for Leopardo Construction consisted of a 23,000-SF build-out of a Heath Club and Conference Center as well as a 3,000-SF office project and 8,000-SF of lobby and corridors at Chicago's 1 North Wacker.

• The project featured high-end finishes throughout

• Conference Center featured a reception area and structural steel movable partition

• Addition of common area restrooms and complete MEP installations

• Finishes entailed millwork doors, cabinets, wall and ceiling panels as well as granite flooring, walls, countertops and shower partitions

• Project included special acoustical considerations

• Office project included complete MEP installations as well as custom millwork installation

• Lobby/Corridors project featured custom ceilings, lighting, flooring, wall finishes and complete MEP installations on multiple tenant floors
