Foglia YMCA

As membership grew at this YMCA, so did the need for more space. Leopardo Construction worked closely with Foglia YMCA to build an addition to the existing recreational facility.

• 40,000-SF consisting of two pools, locker rooms, aerobic room and fitness center

• Standing seam metal roof

• Load-bearing exterior masonry wall with laminated timber frame

• Split face concrete masonry facade with limestone accents

• All work completed while facility remained fully operational
