Leopardo Construction was proud to build this 10-screen theater complex in Chicago's inner city with strong minority participation. Preconstruction services were utilized to provide owner with accurate budget and project schedule.

• Stuctural design recommendations on the shell and stadium seating were accepted providing flexibility in design and cost control

• First Cineplex Odeon cinema to incorporate pre-cast concrete stadium seating, an integral part in executing the five month fast-track schedule
