Vision on State

Known as Vision on State, this complex mixed-use hi-rise project is located at the northeast corner of State Street and South 13th and is comprised of mercantile and residential uses, as well as parking.

• This project encompasses over $14 million of sophisticated design-build scope including all fire protection, mechanical and electrical systems and an innovative and highly-efficient four-pipe system which allows residents to have individual, year-round control of their condo's heat and air conditioning
• Two green roof systems: 2,200-SF on the 5th floor terrace and 4,100-SF on the 6th floor terrace
• 20-story building including 253 condominium units, elevator, lobby, public, common and commercial areas and 14,087-SF retail area
• Ground thru 5th floors will contain 325 parking spaces; Private planted terraces on the 5th and 6th floors
• Primary façade of architectural concrete, precast concrete, thermally broken aluminum windows and storefront, prefinished aluminum railing
