Trader Joe's

Needing a fast, reliable and budget-conscious contractor with a depth of rollout construction experience, Trader Joe’s turned to Leopardo. For the Glendale, WI project (pictured), Leopardo installed new electrical, HVAC, plumbing and fire protection systems as well as the design-build refrigeration and EVAC systems – all within six weeks. Leopardo also utilized its own finish carpenters to build the store’s unique nautical-themed graphics, fixtures, displays and signage. Similar work at other locations was completed, totaling over 190,000-SF of conversion/renovation and interior buildouts in sixteen stores acrossthe Midwest at these locations:
