Moving to a new building and occupying four full floors, PromoWorks turned to Leopardo for preconstruction services as well as the architecture and management of the design engineering (budgeting, value engineering, permit drawings and application). The design/build project included development of the MEP parameters with PromoWorks and coordination of the MEP design with subcontractors, including owner-furnished telecom, security and paging contractors.
