Juno Lighting - Corporate Headquarters
By slightly altering the geometry and configuration of the build-to-suit corporate headquarters’ precast exterior and fenestration – while maintaining the original spirit of the design intent – Leopardo was able to reduce the cost of the building shell by upwards of a half-million dollars. This, combined with substantial re-engineering of the MEP/FP systems, roofing and structural steel systems and general construction methods, the project cost was reduced by nearly $8 million to meet the initially established budget – an excellent example of design-build ingenuity.
