Leopardo Construction worked vigorously in this multi-phased addition and renovation of the St. John Neumann Catholic Church in St. Charles, Illinois. The project incorporated many unique features:

• Reorientation of main entrance

• 20,000-SF worship center addition with a 1,320-person seating capacity featuring extensive wood and glass design including stained art glass windows

• Construction of 5,000-SF chapel addition with a 200-person seating capacity

• 73-foot bell tower housing stainless steel cross

• Masonry bearing and timber roof construction with concrete buttresses

• 65-foot high wood ceiling with indirect lighting design and a lantern space at the peak of the sanctuary

• New classrooms, offices and full service kitchen

• Reconfigured and expanded parking lot to 471 spaces with new driveway entrance, site lighting and extensive landscaping

• Installed new sewer and water systems including on-site storm water detention
