Leopardo Construction was hired to convert 106,000-SF warehouse space into Bible study use. The project included:

• Two-story, 265-seat learning center with tiered seating and audio visual system

• 4,500-SF youth center with full service kitchen, stage and sound system

• Renovated gymnasium

• Upgraded 5,000-SF chapel addition with clerestory ceiling

• New administrative offices
