Harvest Bible Chapel
Leopardo completed four major construction projects totaling 500,000 square feet for this suburban mega church and its multiple campuses.
- Completed the conversion of a 40,000-sf warehouse to establish the Crystal Lake campus, which included an 800-seat auditorium, children’s ministry classrooms, multi-purpose rooms, cafeteria and bookstore (2008).
- Built two phases of a three-level, 300,000-sf addition at Harvest’s main Elgin campus. The new 2,500-seat auditorium featured a 54-foot tall audience chamber with a tiered floor, catwalk structures and theatrical lighting. The project also included children’s ministry classrooms, multi-purpose rooms, cafeteria, bookstore, gymnasium and extensive audio/video equipment installations (2007).
- Built a 50,000-sf school known as Harvest Christian Academy at the Elgin campus. The elementary and middle school included 20 new classrooms, a 630-seat temporary worship center, library, science laboratory, art room, gymnasium and kitchen (2004).
- Converted a 106,000-sf warehouse, located just off Illinois Rt. 53, into Harvest’s Rolling Meadows campus. The project included a two-story, 265-seat worship center with tiered seating, gymnasium, admin office and new chapel (2000).

If someone came to me right now, I'd say you have to take a look at this company. Leopardo, by far, blew away the other companies that we interviewed.

The building far exceeded expectations. The Village Board continues to be amazed at what Leopardo was able to build for the dollars they put into the project. We actually finished the project early and $200,000 under budget.

Leopardo had a great deal of respect for the local budget. We would be pleased to work with them again.
