Gallery 37 for The Arts
Chicago, Illinois
Leopardo Construction completely renovated two existing buildings and redesigned them to function as a single building that would serve as Gallery 37 for the Performing, Visual and Culinary Arts. The complex contains a theatre, café, street-level retail store, television and music studios, computer labs, an art gallery, a roof terrace sculpture garden and spaces for media and culinary arts. The project, which required new mechanical, electrical, plumbing and security systems, was completed in August 2000 with an approximate cost of $12 million.
